This project consisted in refurbishing the auditorium located underground on our client’s headquarters in Buenos Aires’ city center.

The intervention successfully improved important aspects of the space such as: functionality, aesthetics, flexibility, lighting, fire protection system, emergency exits, circulation, and general distribution.

All areas were restructured understanding these as interrelated areas that adapt to different kind of events. Spaces on the sides of the main hall were reorganized increasing the support area and its functionality but without losing auditorium capacity.

The thermomechanical installation was modified attaining more height in the auditorium given that the new ceiling could be installed higher.

We chose materials, equipment and acoustic panels based on modern solutions, applying quality, austerity, and functionality criteria, always taking into account the user experience.

The auditorium counts with 248 fixed seats.
